In 1999 Jack in the Box expanded their market to include the Southeast area. With a strong development and aggressive construction program, they have built a large market in the Charlotte, NC area. Venture has been an active part of this expansion by building stand-alone stores along the interstate corridors from Concord, NC on I-85 to Mooresville, NC on I-77 and to Hickory, NC on I-40. We continue to be a part of their development and expansion as they move into the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC markets.
