These McDonald's restaurants represent just a few of the more than 2,000 McDonald's contracted by Venture in the Southeast over the past 26 years. McDonald's continues to grow and, fortunately, to utilize our services. The first picture is the McDonald's we built in Burlington, NC., completed in August, 2002. The McDonald's project in Burlington was a 50's retro style with tile and stucco exterior. The second and third pictures on the right show a project that was built on a tight schedule with many "one-time" features required to accommodate the zoning regulations of the Mall of Georgia area. The exterior features include a tower structure and unique two-story arched windows. The interior finishes resemble an upscale steakhouse with mahogany wood trim, marble columns, and granite countertops. The fourth picture shows a more "standard" building with brick/stucco exterior and a spacious interior playground. The interior tile and wall finishes are earth tone colors and create a "warm" environment. |
