SAPONA COUNTRY CLUB
LEXINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA

This was a design build project that we worked with FMK Architects out of Charlotte, NC to construct a new club facility within an existing budget. Venture started construction February 10, 1997 with the demolition of the existing pool and the construction of a new junior Olympic pool and a two-story halfway/pool house. The next phase of construction involved the demolition of the existing club and the construction of a 15,000sf clubhouse, pro shop, locker rooms, bar, kitchen, dining and banquet facilities. The project also included new and expanded parking, future tennis courts, and a new driving range all completed May 1, 1998.
