Subcontractor Information

Venture’s success is due, in no small part, to our relationships with our subcontractors. Many of our subcontractors have worked with us for years, even decades. They take comfort in knowing they are working with a general contractor that has been in business for 40 years, and that they will be paid promptly. If you would like to partner with us, please see the information below.

Print and complete the Subcontractor Qualification form and send to the branch office you are interested in working with. Please click on the Office Locations tab for contact information for our regional divisions.

Our subcontractors are required to maintain adequate general liability, workers compensation and automobile insurances. The minimum limits are $2mil/$1mil/$1mil for general liability, and $500,000 for workers compensation. Please review the Sample Insurance Certificate for guidance on what we will need as proof of coverage.

We require that each subcontractor submit a completed Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number before any payment can be issued.

Each subcontractor is required to be licensed and registered in every state and local jurisdiction they are contracted to work in, and provide Venture with the appropriate license and tax registration numbers.

The Subcontractor’s Material and Equipment List must be completed and submitted to Venture before payment can be processed.
